How the millennials in Singapore search and use health-related information?
CHALLENGE OF THE BRIEF
In this research study, we want to study the current information-seeking behaviour of the millennials (between 25 – 40 years old) in Singapore so that we can explore possible design solutions that the health-care institute could take to increase the public's health literacy in Singapore.
We have to undertake a small-scale study on how Singaporeans look for and use health-related information in this module. The findings will be used to inform future research or design initiatives that the institute could take to increase the general public’s health literacy in Singapore. The definition of health literacy is referring to a person’s ability to find, process, and interpret basic health information and services that are required to take health action.
